Like any other physical ailment, men face serious sexual health problem at some point of their life which equally deteriorates their health and often lead them to the feeling of depression, frustration, stress, sexual failure anxiety and some even choose to end their lives.

In March 1998, U.S. Food and Drug Administration have approved Viagra (sidenafil citrate) as the first anti-ED drug which can be taken orally, later other anti-ED drugs like Cialis(tadalafil) and Levitra(vardenafil hydrochloride) got the approval.

These medicines belongs to the group of drug called phosphodiesterase inhibitor and are designed to widen arteries in the penis, bringing more blood into the obdurate organ to promote firm erections in response to sexual stimulation.

Nowadays, there is high competition among Viagra and Cialis because former being firstly introduced one and latter seems more targeted than Viagra, it is the reason why people are considering Viagra as the king and Cialis as the prince anti-ED medicine.

These medicine should be taken an hour before sexual activity and needed little sexual stimulation or foreplay. No one should take more than a single dose per day and excessive intake may lead to other erection problems.

Use of these drugs can cause some side effects; therefore you are advised to take medical guidance before taking up these medicines, so that you can prevent yourself from unwanted health problem that may be created if you take these drugs negligently.
